The engineer collaborates closely with product owners, backend/API engineers, and operational stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into visually engaging, compliant, and high-performing user interfaces. The Frontend / UX Engineer ensures that all interfaces adhere to accessibility, cybersecurity, and privacy standards, and are optimized for usability across a range of devices and operational environments, including both connected and disconnected scenarios. The position requires expertise in modern frontend frameworks, accessibility best practices, and user experience (UX) research and design. The engineer is responsible for maintaining comprehensive UI documentation, supporting user acceptance testing, and continuously refining the interface based on user feedback and evolving mission needs.
