Service Advisors are key players in developing positive customer relationships & to promote sales through communication of immediate & future needs found based on the inspections performed. We aim to provide a superior experience to customers through professional communication & follow up on their repair status & charges. Business Description Jiffy Lube is the largest quick lube chain in the nation with more than 2,000 franchise owned service centers. We Pioneered the Fast Oil Change industry more than 35 years ago by providing quick & convenient oil changes & fluid maintenance. Today we also offer almost every common repair service, from brake jobs to tune-ups, suspension repair, tire replacement & more. Qualifications The Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer position requires previous experience, world class customer service, sales abilities & excellent communication skills. Responsibilities As an JLMC Service Advisor, you'll work in a fast-paced and specialized service environment, responsible for creating a positive guest experience, educating guests on automotive services & repairs, customer retention, & providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing guests with detailed service recommendations based on manufacturer and industry standards, assisting with technical & service questions as well as to obtain the guests authorizations to performed additional services & repairs. Service advisors must be knowledgeable of Jiffy Lube products & services to answer questions & to communicate any special circumstances that may impact their overall satisfaction. All staff must complete the required training courses for safety, brand standards, & service procedures through Jiffy Lube University. Service Advisors are also responsible for keeping the store clean, safe and presentable.
