Job Description: This Goods Receiving Agent job involves performing receiving, accounting, and distribution operations for incoming product deliveries for all store teams. Job Responsibilities: • Validate the product received by checking it against the purchase order and supplier paperwork to avoid any errors or discrepancies. • Confirm product integrity, • Keep track of the products temperature throughout the day to ensure it remains within the safe range. • In order to be considered successfully invoiced, the document must be marked, approved, processed, and stored. • Delivers copies of invoices to the relevant departments, where applicable. • abides by the suitable remuneration procedures • Successfully concludes procurement processes using the in-house store application. • Stay consistent with the Receiving standards set in Store Process to meet objectives. • The processed paperwork is shared with both Team mailboxes and the regional office. • Continuously checking in with vendors about their account status is an essential part of the accounts payable process. • Backs product teams with accounting processes during inventory and financial period wrap-up. • Store Leadership shoulders the duty of disseminating invoices for all store expenditure. • This person is in charge of maintaining the operational condition of balers, compactors, and environmental areas. They complete required maintenance, secure and fasten bales, and report any issues to the service team for corrective action. • Arrives at work promptly, well-groomed, dressed properly, and ready to commence work; participates in all mandatory training and meetings and carries out all scheduled shifts.
