If we’re a great fit for each other, we're open to extending our contract or even hiring full time! What You'll Do • Analyze & optimize ad campaigns. Test, observe, improve. They are a culture of speed, agility, high-quality, and results. They'll empower you to figure out what's working, what's not, and adjust as necessary • Specific digital advertising tasks to include: Campaign monitoring and optimization to maximize performance Assist in strategy implementation - including keywords, targeting & creative Create and run A/B ad tests + provide recommendations to test & improve results Create ad copy & creative Set up and launch live client campaigns Who You Are • Someone who loves digital advertising and how it can help businesses. Your job is to meet with the Advertising team to discuss strategy and findings, make recommendations, and put them into action. You'll spend your day launching, managing & optimizing client campaigns, strategizing, & recommending testing opportunities. What's The Culture Like? Qualifications • 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing & optimizing digital advertising strategies • Highly proficient in Google Ads - primarily Search, Display, Demand Gen & YouTube, with Performance Max/Shopping as a bonus! • Experience in Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, & LinkedIn Ads • Hands-on experience with GA4 or other web analytics platform • Ability to analyze data to drive recommendations and decisions • Creative, forward-thinking self-starter with an attention to detail and drive to produce consistent and quality work • Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills • High EQ (emotional intelligence) • Deadline-driven & highly organized with excellent time management skills Apply Job!
