[Remote] Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

Boulevard is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses, seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead their marketing infrastructure and AI-enabled growth operations. This role will connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes and improve operational efficiency through strategic marketing operations and automation. Responsibilities Own and evolve Boulevard's marketing operations strategy, systems, and processes Connect marketing investment to pipeline, revenue, retention, and customer lifecycle outcomes Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to improve GTM performance and operational efficiency Identify, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows and automation opportunities Build and optimize processes that improve campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and customer engagement Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and best practices across the marketing organization, including identifying and shipping at least two AI-enabled workflow improvements with measurable impact on funnel efficiency or team productivity in your first 6 months Own and optimize Boulevard's marketing automation stack, including Marketo, Customer.io, and related GTM systems Design scalable segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle, and customer journey frameworks Ensure data integrity, operational scalability, and system reliability Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and revenue impact Partner with RevOps and Data teams to deliver actionable insights and forecasting Build and lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team Establish best practices for execution, experimentation, documentation, and continuous improvement Skills 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing within B2B SaaS 5+ years of people leadership experience Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel management Experience partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Data teams Proven ability to connect marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue outcomes Experience implementing AI-powered workflows, automation, or operational improvements Experience with Self-Serve Acquisition programs and hybrid sales-led motions Familiarity with tools such as Customer.io, Chameleon, HockeyStack, Snowflake, or Sigma Benefits This role may be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program 401(k) match plus dental, medical, vision, and life insurance Flexible vacation day policy Fully remote so you can choose where you want to work You’ll receive a work from home stipend every month Family planning resources and specialized support programs Equity get ahead on the ground floor and grow with Boulevard Boulevard Bucks Learning and Development program allows employees to explore businesses in the market we serve Company Overview Boulevard provides beauty and wellness businesses with tools for booking, payments, marketing, and client relationship management.
