The Opportunity Leads the day-to-day strategy and execution across Amazon and key online marketplaces, shaping how our brands show up and perform in these rapidly evolving spaces. Develops platform specific plans that translate brand and wholesale goals into real results—from visibility and conversion to growth and profitability. Manages marketplace operations with a balance of hands-on expertise and strategic insight, ensuring every detail works together to support strong commercial outcomes. Collaborates across teams to evolve our marketplace presence and deliver sustainable long-term growth. What You'll Be Doing Marketplace Strategy & Execution • Lead marketplace strategy across Amazon and additional platforms such as Walmart or eBay. • Translate brand and wholesale objectives into actionable plans tailored to each marketplace. • Serve as the in-house expert on Seller/Vendor Central, best practices, and ongoing site optimization. • Execute pricing and promotional strategies that protect brand standards while supporting profitable growth. Product Content, Merchandising & Optimization • Build and refine product listings using A+ content, SEO focused copy, strong imagery, and thoughtful merchandising. • Optimize listings to increase visibility, conversion, and overall customer experience. • Proactively identify and resolve issues involving listings, compliance concerns, or operational gaps. • Stay informed on algorithm updates, marketplace trends, and new tools to keep performance competitive. Cross Functional Partnership • Partner with merchandising, marketing, planning, and finance to influence assortment decisions, promotional plans, pricing strategies, and inventory needs. • Collaborate with PLM to uncover assortment opportunities and potential product extensions. • Translate business insights into actionable category strategies and coach merchants accordingly. Inventory & Order Management • Monitor inventory performance and contribute to demand forecasting and replenishment strategies. • Review weekly incoming orders and partner with Demand Planning and Customer Service to support sales goals and reduce stockouts. Performance Tracking & Insights • Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics—sales, traffic, conversion, margin—and share clear, insight driven recommendations with leadership. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement. • Recommend scalable processes and new approaches to strengthen operational effectiveness across marketplace management. What You'll Need Required Skills Marketplace Expertise • Strong understanding of marketplace strategy, platform operations, and performance optimization. • Experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and additional marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, TikTok, etc.). • Knowledge of SEO best practices, paid marketplace programs, and digital merchandising. Analytical & Technical Skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort analyzing data to guide decisions. • Experience with inventory management or forecasting tools. Communication & Collaboration • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and influence decisions. • Problem solving mindset with the ability to address challenges quickly and thoughtfully.
