Job Description:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive RMN strategy across platforms
  • Own the end-to-end relationship with the retail media and performance marketing agency
  • Lead strategy and execution for on-demand platforms
  • Optimize media investment to drive ROAS, incrementality, and full-funnel performance
  • Establish clear performance KPIs and test frameworks
  • Identify, test and scale new growth opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end digital shelf strategy
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to deliver compelling content
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Shopper, Supply Chain, Finance, and CX teams
  • Serve as a key digital stakeholder in omni-channel planning
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing eRetail and RMN team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience working in e-commerce/omnichannel sales, cross-channel digital marketing, or related fields,
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency of Google Analytics and Shopify
  • Strong competency in Excel.
  • Eagerness to approach digitally native channels to push towards profitability
  • Must have understanding of marketing and advertising capabilities across digital selling channels.
  • General understanding of how to appropriately forecast for these channels to maximize sales and mitigate OOS issues.
  • Obsession for understanding customer lives.
  • Ability to think rapidly and apply a growth mindset in a growing and changing environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and to collaborate effectively across functions and with third party vendors.
  • Bias for action, strong sense of immediacy, and drive to achieve
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills, along with excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and presentation skills.
